with any issues relating to your site. When combined with the Site
Maintenance service, you have a monthly resource that can be utilised to
deal with any issues arising.
Maintenance requests can be made by phone, email or via the online maintenance request form. Similarly, service reports can be made in the same manner. Customers will be supplied with an account login name and password that can be used to access our online system. The system enables you to check the status of your requests at any time or even post follow-up information.
